Clinton, H.

“In her new book, Hillary Clinton reveals that she prodded President Obama to ‘lift or ease’ (what’s left of the so-called) Cuba embargo. ‘The embargo is Castro’s best friend,’ Clinton explained to a delighted audience at the anti-embargo Council on Foreign Relations last week while promoting her book Hard Choices.”  Humberto Fontova

“The Smartest Woman in the World” Flunks Her Foreign Policy Exam

hillWorse still, the flunkie in this article title recently served as U.S. Secretary of State. Back in the ’90s when she served as First Lady (co-president, some say) Hillary Clinton was widely known as “The Smartest Woman in the World.” Her husband Bill supposedly coined the term, but Rush Limbaugh ran with it, snarking and laughing. Soon it was household.

In her new book, Hillary Clinton reveals that she prodded President Obama to “lift or ease” (what’s left of the so-called) Cuba embargo. “The embargo is Castro’s best friend,” Clinton explained to a delighted audience at the anti-embargo Council on Foreign Relations last week while promoting her bookHard Choices.

But doesn’t the “Smartest Woman in the World” and former U.S. Secretary of State know that what’s left of the sanctions against Castro’s Stalinist regime are codified into law and can only be lifted by Congress, obviously after a vote? In fact, this codification took place with passage of the Helms-Burton act in 1996, when she was first lady (co-president.)

The current U.S. president, having already delighted Castro by loopholing the Cuba sanctions almost to death, can’t go much further. Has Ms. Clinton forgotten? Or is this constitutional “expert” advocating (even more) U.S. government by executive fiat?

And what about the $2 billion (worth $7 billion today) stolen at Soviet gunpoint by Castro’s gunmen in 1960 from U.S. businessmen and stockholders, after the torture and murder of a few Americans who resisted? That very Helms-Burton law also calls for a settling of that account before allowing any more loopholing of the embargo.

Perhaps instead of attending Yale Law School and marrying “her way to the top,” Hillary Rodham Clinton should have “stayed home and baked cookies,” (to succumb to her own famous insult against America’s stay-at home moms), then sold them at a lemonade stand. If so, she’d know a little about business. To wit: When somebody stiffs you big–time (as Castro did to the U.S. like nobody in history) before extending them more credit you demand they settle up the amount in arrears. Comprende, “Smartest Woman in the World”? Chuck Norris Doesn’t Call the Wrong Number. You Answer the Wrong Phone.

“On Feb. 2, 2009, President Barack Obama explained his chances to fix the economy to host Matt Lauer on NBC’s ‘Today” show: ‘I will be held accountable.  I’ve got four years…if I don’t have this done in three years, then there’s going to be a one-term proposition.’”  Chuck Norris, Whistleblower, October 2012, p. 28

“Here are my Top 10 reasons why I believe President Obama shouldn’t stay a single day beyond his one term in the Oval Office.”  Ibid.

Top 10 Reasons Not to Re-elect Obama

By Chuck Norris – Whistlerblower – October 2012 – p 28

On Feb. 2, 2009, President Barack Obama explained his chance to fix the economy to host Matt Lauer on NBC’s “Today”: “I will be held accountable. I’ve got four years. … If I don’t have this done in three years, then there’s going to be a one-term proposition.”

Here are the top 10 reasons I believe President Obama shouldn’t sit a single day beyond his one term in the Oval Office:

10) Obama’s economic actions have failed to lower the unemployment rate in the U.S. to less than 8 percent for the past 42 months, which is a record.

Nearly four years into his presidency, Obama’s economic progress was reported on Aug. 3 by Reuters: “Details of the household survey, from which the unemployment rate is drawn, gave a downbeat assessment of the labor market, with the share of the population that has a job falling to near cycle lows. In addition, the labor force participation rate, or the percentage of Americans who either have a job or are looking for one, fell to 63.7 percent last month from 63.8 percent. That is a sign of low confidence in the labor market. Data last week showed the economy grew at an annual pace of 1.5 percent in the second quarter, also far short of the 2.5 percent rate needed to keep the unemployment rate stable.”

9) The Obama administration’s out-of-control spending has led America to the economic brink and destroyed our country’s credit rating.

In 2009, Obama spoke out of one side of his mouth when giving financial advice to the people in New Hampshire: “When times are tough, you tighten your belts. You don’t go buying a boat when you can barely pay your mortgage. You don’t blow a bunch of cash (in) Vegas when you’re trying to save for college.”

But he then spoke out of the other side of his mouth when he informed the American public that he was proposing a record-breaking $3.8 trillion budget for 2011, which equates to spending $7.3 million a minute. (The federal budget was only $1.9 trillion in 2001.)

Tragically, the president expects Americans to live one way financially (fiscally prudently) and the federal government to live another (extravagantly wildly). Not so surprisingly, the day after the president proposed his 2011 budget, Moody’s Investors Service announced that his fiscal policies “test the AAA boundaries” and pushed the U.S. government’s credit rating below those of Canada, Germany and even France.

8) Obama’s reckless spending and fiscal policies have added more to the national debt than most U.S. presidents combined — roughly $6 trillion in his first term in office (making the total debt nearly $16 trillion and, by White House projections alone, $21.3 trillion by the end of fiscal 2017, $25 trillion in 2021 and $25.9 trillion in 2022). Elder on Akin

“President Bill Clinton plans to speak at the Democratic convention in North Carolina.  Clinton, some might vaguely recall, was accused of rape by a woman named Juanita Broadrick.  ‘Dateline NBC’ aired here allegations against the then-Arkansas attorney general and gubernatorial candidate.”  Larry Elder

Todd Akin Was Never Accused of Rape — Unlike Bill Clinton

By Larry Elder – TownHall.Com – 8/23/2012

Which is worse, Rep. Todd Akin’s, R-Mo., ignorance about human anatomy — or the way Republicans jump, run and hide when the Democrat-media complex decides they should?

Akin is the Republican candidate for a crucial Senate seat in Missouri. In an interview, he said that he believed that pregnancy following an act of rape is “really rare — if it’s a legitimate rape, the female body has ways to try to shut the whole thing down.”

Incredibly dumb. The married father of six, including two daughters, apologized the next day and then recorded an ad apologizing yet again. That, at the very least, should have satisfied his Republican supporters. But, no.

Akin’s opponent, Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., and Democratic PACs spent $1.5 million on behalf of Akin to ensure his Republican primary victory over two other Republicans that experts considered surer bets to beat her. Unfortunately for McCaskill, Akin was leading in the polls before the gaffe. Akin’s stupid comments were just what she was hoping for.

Never mind that the “offended” McCaskill rode to election in 2006 by calling President George W. Bush a murdering racist. Oh, yes, she most certainly did. Bush, said McCaskill during the campaign, “let people die on rooftops in New Orleans because they were poor and because they were black”!!!

After this hideous smear, why didn’t the race-card-playing McCaskill resign from the race? But, yawn. Crickets. Media mute. Continue reading
