“Should homosexuality become a universal law it would destroy the human race. Have you [Jason Collins] considered that? Or is it your opinion that homosexuality is the answer to the population problem? Remember that Darwin’s mentor Malthus referred to homosexuality as ‘unnatural vice.’ The Apostle Peter referred to the inhabitants of Sodom and Gomorrah as ‘irrational animals’”. 2 Peter 2:12. Conversation with Jason Collins
By David A. Noebel
“The most you can do is stand up for what you believe.” Collins, p. 41
Excuse me Jason, but I could care less if you are black. That you can’t help. But lavender is another color (pardon the pun).
Gay or homosexual is not a birth right based on a gene, protein or chromosome. You weren’t born gay. You were born a male with heterosexual leanings. And because the human race is evenly divided between male and female you are seeking to challenge the natural, God-given lines of human sexuality. You certainly remember from your Sunday School days that “in the beginning God made them male and female.” (Mark 10:5)
Since this is a conversation let me begin by noting that you are challenging head-on Immanuel Kant’s moral or categorical imperative. That’s not real smart because he’s one of the world’s leading philosophers (right behind Plato and Aristotle). His imperative reads, “Act only according to that maxim whereby you can at the same time will that it should become a universal law.”
Should homosexuality become a universal law it would destroy the human race. Have you considered that? Or is it your opinion that homosexuality is the answer to the population problem? Remember that Darwin’s mentor Malthus referred to homosexuality as “unnatural vice.” Of course, Saint Peter referred to the inhabitants of Sodom and Gomorrah as “irrational animals.” (II Peter 2:12)
Homosexuality, as you affirm it, clearly challenges the Darwinian theory of evolution which states categorically that only the fit survive “and the unadapted ones will be weeded out.” Since homosexuals cannot reproduce they are destined for the dustbin of history. Is that where you desire to end? And why not face the facts that since you cannot reproduce you’ll have to recruit. Isn’t that what Kevin Jennings is doing in the elementary classrooms with your King and King curriculum?
I think as part of our ongoing conversation you need to understand exactly where you fit into the “race” scenario. I quote directly from Richard Milton’s book Shattering The Myths of Darwinism. He says, “Thomas Huxley, who was Darwin’s leading supporter, observed that ‘No rational man, cognizant of the facts, believes that the Negro is the equal, still less the superior, of the white man.’ Darwin himself founded much of his evolutionary thinking on equally racist ideas. In The Descent of Man he indicated his belief that the Negro races were more closely related to the apes than white people and also his belief that, ‘at some future period, not very distant as measured by centuries, the civilized races of man will almost certainly exterminate and replace the savage races, throughout the world.’” (p. 186)
One other thing Jason that I think you should know, but obviously don’t. The founder of Planned Parenthood, Darwinianist and eugenicist Margret Sanger, set up her abortion clinics in the “weed” areas of society to make sure her race remains pure. Her slogan was “More children from the fit, less from the unfit.” As George Grant says, “She was thoroughly convinced that the ‘inferior races’ were in fact ‘human weeds’ and a ‘menace to civilization.’” Do me a favor and call Planned Parenthood and find out where their clinics are located. You’ll find out rather quickly that they are in the “weed” neighborhoods. In fact, find out what states in the U.S. don’t have PP clinics and ask yourself why. I bet they don’t have enough “weeds” to make the effort. Let’s converse on this, ok? In fact, we need to converse on this because you are falling into their race-baiting trap!
I don’t know what you’ve read about the birds, bees, whales, dragonflies etc., but all are heterosexual and mate accordingly to propagate their species or kinds. I’m just reading where even the dragonflies have a code between their mates to make sure they reproduce correctly. We need to talk about this aspect of nature.
I note that Bubba Watson said that homosexuality is a sin and against the Bible’s morality. You said that “the most one can do is stand up for what you believe.” Well, Bubba stood up and all your homosexual friends lashed out to destroy him. What happened to the conversation? Are you and your gay friends afraid to discuss what the Bible says about sodomy? Let me tell you, Jason, it isn’t a pretty picture. It moves from Genesis 19 on to Romans 1 and ends with Revelation 22:15. I also remember that some national sports announcer mentioned something negative about sodomy and he was put on probation and by now probably fired.
And then there’s Roy Hibbert of the Indiana Pacers who was nailed by the NBA with a $75,000 fine for using a gay slur referring to LeBron James as “no homo.” Having a copy of the gay’s lexicon The Queen’s Vernacular published by Straight Arrow Books in San Francisco; I seriously doubt that any homosexual would lose any sleep over “homo.” Especially in light of such homosexual jewels as Belly Queen, Black Widow, Butch, Baby Butch, Fag, Bean Queen, Golden Queen, Chickenhawk, Molly Dyke etc.(and these are the printable ones).
It doesn’t appear to me that you and your gay friends really want a conversation. You want to squelch the conversation. You want to make sure that any reference to sodomy gets swept up into “hate” speech and therefore putting an end to the conversation.
Am I correct in my take?
I would like you to talk to Karen England, Executive Director of Capitol Resource Institute in California and ask her to list all the tactics your homosexual friends are using in her state to shut down any criticism of homosexuality. As you know Californians have paid quite a price for your gay bath houses, and aren’t quite sure they want such places honored in the classroom. We need to talk, Jason.
You stated in your Sports Illustrated piece that you are black and gay. If history instructs (e.g., Charles Darwin, The Descent of Man) it also tells me you are part of the “weed” generation and will end up in a dustbin. Does that make you feel real good about yourself?
